These Terms govern use of Arnbo and arnbo.co.uk. By using Arnbo, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Arnbo does
Arnbo uses AI to simplify, explain and translate information supplied by users. It is designed to help users understand content more easily, not to replace the original source.
2. AI-generated information
Arnbo can make mistakes. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on unclear source material. Always check important dates, amounts, legal obligations, medical instructions, financial information, safeguarding matters, immigration information and other high-stakes decisions against the original source and, where appropriate, a qualified professional or official service.
3. No professional advice
Arnbo does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, safeguarding or emergency advice. Do not use Arnbo as the sole basis for a high-impact decision. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or responsible authority.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You must have the right to submit it and must not upload material unlawfully. You grant Arnbo only the limited permission necessary to transmit and process the content to provide the requested service.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use Arnbo to break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit malware, attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, overload the service, impersonate another person, or submit highly sensitive information without a genuine need and appropriate authority.
6. Children
Arnbo may simplify content for children. Users under 13 should use the service only with appropriate parental, guardian, school or responsible-adult involvement. Children should not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
7. Availability
Arnbo is currently a beta service. Features may change, be suspended, or be unavailable from time to time. Arnbo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Intellectual property
The Arnbo name, branding, website design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the service for personal or authorised organisational purposes but may not copy, resell or exploit Arnbo's software or branding without permission.
9. Third-party services
Arnbo relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Their availability and technical limits can affect Arnbo. Where third-party terms apply to their own services, those terms remain separate from these Terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Arnbo is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an AI output without checking important information, by inaccurate source material, by service interruption, or by misuse of the service.
11. Privacy
Use of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, Data Retention Statement and Data Deletion Process.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated as Arnbo develops. Continued use after an updated version is published means the updated Terms apply from the stated effective date.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
