Data Deletion Process

Last updated: 26 August 2026.

Arnbo does not intentionally maintain a permanent archive of uploaded documents, images or pasted text. In many cases there will therefore be no Arnbo-held copy of a submitted document to delete after the request has been processed.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@arnbo.co.uk with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us enough to identify the information you want deleted, but do not resend sensitive documents unnecessarily.

What happens next

Arnbo will acknowledge the request, check whether Arnbo actually holds personal data linked to you, and may ask for proportionate identity verification where necessary to avoid deleting another person's information.

Where UK data-protection law applies, Arnbo aims to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If more time is lawfully needed for a complex request, Arnbo will explain why.

What Arnbo can delete

Where held and where deletion is legally appropriate, Arnbo can delete or arrange deletion of support correspondence, account information if accounts are introduced later, saved-history data if that feature is introduced later, and other Arnbo-controlled personal records.

Uploaded content already processed

Because the current beta does not intentionally save uploaded documents to a permanent Arnbo database, Arnbo may confirm that no stored copy exists. Third-party infrastructure or AI processors may have their own short technical retention periods. Arnbo will apply its processor arrangements and request or allow deletion where technically available and legally required.

When information may be kept

Arnbo may retain limited information where required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary.

Confirmation

When the process is complete, Arnbo will confirm what action was taken or explain why a particular item could not lawfully or technically be deleted.
